Doesn't this count as reverse discrimination? Isn't this teaching the kids that they get a free pass because they're "being kept down by whites"? He wantsto turn us into Venezuela, with hordes of illiterate, uneducated dopes "graduating" from NYC high schools. It's close to that now. This guy needs to be thrown out of here so fast his ears catch on fire.
There’s no such thing as “reverse” racial discrimination. Just racial discrimination.
However - the folks who push these notions will claim it is impossible for non-whites to be racist. Whitey is always racist, no exceptions.

It’s just a self-licking ice cream cone. Heads they win, tails you lose. Every time. It’s no longer de rigeur branding someone “racist”, the latest is “White Supremacist”.
And surprise surprise, EVERYTHING is evidence of this in their fevered imaginations, right down to mowing your lawn, and walking your dog. I’m not making this up. Watch what they do on the college campus, this is often where they roll stuff out for study, and then it eventually goes nationwide. It worked for the Acid Tests in the 60s, and everything since then.
