The Y2K threat was real. Maybe not life threatening, but real. I was a COBOL programmer at the time. The company I worked for would have come to a screeching halt had not myself and a few others put in more overtime than I’ve ever worked before or since.
Oh, I'm all over this. Counting Cortez's frequent flyer miles would be a bonus but there's only so much time in a day. Can't wait until she scores her first luxery car.
