I understand your passion.

But keep in mind that you’re falling for the wiles of the left and the narrative of the deep state.

Back off from it. It’s a low IQ narrative.

They want yo to be convinced to support whatever brings in more illegals, because they want to destroy this country.

Again, it’s low IQ. How? Here’s how—they don’t understand why they’re doing what they do. This is called low IQ.

These people might be smart in other ways or in a general sense, but in succumbing to anti-Americanism they’ve allowed a low IQ idea to control them.

You should back away from the whole thing, because:

1. Allowing businesses to hire illegals will destroy this country, and

2. It’s low IQ

“But keep in mind that you’re falling for the wiles of the left and the narrative of the deep state.”

Lol, Really?

This is moronic projection on your part:

If the Deep State wants E-verify, and I’m against it, how am I the one being fooled?

“Still, I-9 audits aren’t the only way to measure immigration enforcement. While audits have soared under Obama, other metrics have fallen, including arrests of employees, said Jessica Vaughan, director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, which favors restricting immigration.

That’s not a surprise, since Obama turned the focus away from the workers and toward employers. However, by ignoring the workers, “they are choosing to cut off a line of inquiry to nail employers,” Vaughan told PolitiFact in an interview.”

So I guess you consider Obama NOT Deep State?

He did exactly what you want! Leave the illegals go after the American employers.

Did you vote for him?

Boy are you stupid!

You mean when Obama and Obama’s DOJ actively turned away from prosecuting businesses for hiring illegals? When they allowed businesses to keep doing it because Obama was in favor of hiring illegals?

I think what you’re confused about is the way Obama, Bush and Clinton typically would say one thing but always did the opposite. Obama was the most direct and obvious. When he made statements in public, he always did the opposite behind the scenes. It’s another part of the low IQ method.

Here’s what you have to keep in mind: don’t believe these people, instead watch what they do.

There’s some really good news, though. The Bush-Clinton-Obama regime is now kaput.

“You mean when Obama and Obama’s DOJ actively turned away from prosecuting businesses for hiring illegals?”

That’s exactly the opposite of what happened. My previous post explained it, and cited the evidence so even you could understand...

...so I thought.

But apparently I overestimated your reading level.

Only a complete witless drone believes that E-verify is anything but another Swamp ClusterF%%$.

Only an absolute retard believes that E-verify will “stop illegal immigration.”

It’s Patriot Act Redux.

Shame on your for being fooled once again.

Some things are hard for me to understand.

But Obama’s double speak is not one of them.

Think of it this way. When a den of thieves, or say a human trafficking ring, wants to disguise their activities, they make little shows here and there. Like setting up a “charity for law enforcement” or “for the children.”

To understand what’s really going on, you have to look at the patterns.

Allowing businesses to employ illegals was Obama’s policy.

The same authority as to collect social security and require social security numbers.

Also, the constitution gives congress the power to determine naturalization and all powers necessary to put that into effect. IOW, the constitution directly puts immigration in congress’ hands.
>

And which of the A1S8 powers would THAT fall under? You suppose min-wage/eVerify/etc. doesn’t run afoul of the Contracts Clause??

No, there is ZERO *CONSTITUTIONALLY* backed ‘law’...let alone in, IMO, 90%+ of passed ‘law’ by MANY levels of govt, but esp. Fedzilla.

Yep, 1st they have to be CONSTITUTIONALLY based and via their A1S8 authorized powers. Haven’t seen a law like THAT in quite some time.

Art I, Sec 8:

“4: To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization,”

“18: To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.”

“But Obama’s double speak is not one of them.”

“President Obama made it clear that mandatory E-Verify without comprehensive immigration reform is unacceptable, saying “We need to have a more balanced approach than just a verification system.”

Is this an example of his double-speak?

“Allowing businesses to employ illegals was Obama’s policy.”

This is what he did:

“At the same time, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said her department will uphold a Bush administration rule from 2008 and require all federal contractors to enroll in the E-Verify employment verification program.

DHS stated that E-Verify provides employers with more timely information than “no-match” letters. Media reports have also speculated that by implementing E-Verify while rescinding “no-match,” Napolitano is trying to adopt a “middle-of-the-road” approach to immigration enforcement.

The E-Verify rule decision came shortly after Napolitano said DHS WOULD TARGET EMPLOYERS who hire unauthorized immigrants, RATHER THAN the unauthorized immigrants themselves.”

So basically you’re completely wrong, and you and other fools are unwittingly (low IQ) supporting Obama-era policies, that let illegals go free and punish Americans.

Whoa there, hoss. Easy does it.

Maybe you’re right. Let’s take a look at what’s going on here.

The fight is globalism vs America. Low IQ is on the side of the globalists. Trump is on the side of America.

If you’re not on the side of the globalists, you don’t have to get so insecure about the term low IQ.

Whatever Obama did in office, it moved the dial toward lawlessness, not towards enforcement of the law.

Statements by Obama and his officials are only that—statements. They are meaningless.

BULLSHIT! a big reason why our country is overrun with these illegal vermin is the cheap-ass businessmen who don’t want to pay American wages.

E-verify is the machination of the globalists.

The Wall is on the side of Americans.

The cheap-ass businessmen who don’t want to pay American wages...left America decades ago.

Duh.

The ones that are left are typically smaller-business that are so overregulated they can’t afford to pay American wages.

So what’s your solution...MORE REGULATION.

Yeah that’ll work./s

Instead of working all those “vermin” will go on welfare and your taxes will go up to pay for them.

Exactly. H-1B’s are the real scourge to our economy and nation. Most IT workers in the Silicon valley are now foreign born. Then there is the H4 visa that allows spouses and family members of H-1B’s to come here and H4EAD that allows H4 holders to start a business or legally work in the US while their spouses are H-1B holders. Then here is chain migration, etc.
