We’ll have to see all the evidence, but from these 9 you can see that it was all a seditious plot to manufacture the appearances which they hid it under the cover of a so-called ‘counter-intelligence operation”. Comey has his problems, but afaik the FBI did not run operations overseas using Misfud and Halper etc so the plot had to have cooperation from CIA. Investigating CIA will be harder I imagine. Does DOJ have power to investigate CIA? And the unmaskings that came from the WH? I imagine DOJ can investigate but what is the line between criminal unmasking and legitimate unmasking? The unmasking clearly shows that either the WH was aware of the plot, or, that the FBI/CIA convinced the WH to do part of their spying for them.

Comey will have plenty of excuses for these. He broke protocol by running the investigation from the 7th floor instead of the field office but he will say that is because it was such a sensitive political issue.

He will have a hard time explaining why he said Trump was not a target, and why he didn’t warn Trump the way he warned Hillary, why if Trump wasn’t a target did he then conspire to leak information in order to as he said “get a special prosecutor appointed”. Clearly Trump was a target and his actions show that he wanted Trump to be a target.

He tried to create plausible deniability on some of this, but when you start to add these issues together it becomes less and less plausible. They knew the Dossier was unverified - but worse is they knew it was not verifiable. He will say that is why they needed to investigate it. But there is plenty of evidence showing they knew it was fake. They knew its origin, they knew the biases of Steele, they knew the arrangement they had with Steele and FusionGPS and the Ohrs. Page & Strzok wrote each other that they knew there was nothing there but they joined the Mueller witch hunt anyway. Ohr warned them in writing it was dubious. Another DOJ investigator wrote the same thing after her interview with Steele. They tried to create appearances of collusion that did not exist, they fished for evidence using unmasking, they tried to entrap people, they set up Papadopoulos and Flynn and tried to set up Trump Jr using cutouts. And on and on...

Again we’ll have to see what evidence they can put together. Some crimes are clear, like leaking and perjury. But the bigger crime here is Sedition. It was a big conspiracy to commit Sedition. Proving that may be harder to do but in any case we need to take the steps to ensure these kinds of abuses are never allowed to happen again and that starts with prosecuting them for the obvious stuff at a minimum. I suspect they will finally get some whistleblowers to come out now that they have criminal prosecutor and if they get some Grand Jury indictments they will run it like any other conspiracy investigation... indict the little fish and get them to roll over on the bigger fish.

Yep. There is almost certainly proof that Comey knew the dossier was phony BEFORE the FISA application due to these two documents:

• That redaction almost certainly says something like: "Cohen never went to Prague"
  
  
• Those typed notes of the meeting with Steele were sent to the FBI eight days before the FISA Application.
  
  
• Those notes were forwarded to Strzok. It is in the email chain.
  
  
• At the FBI, when they signed and swore under penalty of law that the information was verified, it was not only NOT verified, they had exculpatory information that indicated it was NOT accurate.
  
  

It is little things, like the unreacted handwritten note above which the typed transcript was derived from that will put these people in jail.

Both Comey and Brennan are in Trouble. Brennan is in it deeper, and has been trying to parse his words to cover his ass, but it won’t work.

From my post above, Comey signed his name to something he knew was fraudulent. Comey is in bald-faced trouble right there.

Will he be prosecuted? I think so. Will he be convicted? That is anyone’s guess.

But no matter what, Jim Comey is toast. He is only one of three things: A complete incompetent boob, or a criminal, or both.

I think he is an incompetent boob, but with his signature on that FISA application above, in the eyes of the law if any still remains, he is undeniably a criminal.

He has publicly announced that he will not prosecute felony Hatch act violators such as John f'n Kerry.

When Trump merely fired Comey, he was accused of obstruction of justice. How could he have arrested him, without inviting impeachment, or worse? Trump is making super-human efforts to fix things. He needs allies, not impatient arm-chair quarterbacks spouting fantasies. Direct your bile to GOP Rinos, and NeverTrumpers in congress. That might actually help things.

Trump needs to QUIT CARING what his enemies think and do what is right. Justice is supposed to be blind NOT CONCERNED ABOUT OPTICS.

If he doesn't jail 75 or so of these traitors, the revenge backlash with our next demonrat pres will spark a civil war.
