It is absolutely IMPERATIVE that medical people know the REAL sex of patients. They are DIFFERENT. Not all of course, but some things are quite different between sexes undoubtedly due to chemistry such as hormones.

THEY indeed have to accept that they are the sex they are.

There was a funny image posted here recently. Something like: Age 8: Boy. Age 15: Transitioning. Age 35: Woman. Age 400: (and here it shows an archaeologist looking at bones) “Looks like this one was male.”

From now on, when a patient checks in for medical treatment all medical personnel must do the Paul "Crocodile Dundee" Hogan test just like they check for name and birthdate.
