The only gender test you need.
If I had a dollar for every gender out there I’d have $2 and a lot of forgery.
So when they say “’considered female at birth”. that actually means “he” is a woman, thus the shocking - and I mean shocking - revelation that this “man” can be pregnant.

Dude is a woman. A man with a womb is, by definition, a woman.
If it has XX chromosomes and working ovaries and uterus, then it’s a woman, regardless of any mental delusion issues. Perhaps a very ugly woman, but a woman.

Obese, high blood pressure, and on an assortment of male hormones ... how could anything go wrong with this pregnancy?
The real culprits are the medical professionals who know better, but still insist on providing mutilating surgery and other treatments to such individuals, then insist the transgender is not really the sex/gender they were at birth. It’s really all about the benjamins($), dontcha know.
