I do not. I have long said we are way past the threshold of needing 2A solutions but I suspect even that would fail at this point.
When the 2nd A is all you have left, it’s all you have left. Personally, I don’t think we need to lift a finger to destroy the government of the USA. It’s doing nicely all on it’s own. Just get in position to catch a survivable chunk on the way down.
