No-you think you are Thanos and have the right to snap your fingers and make a decision for millions of innocent lives. People make BAD decisions at difficult times. Do you not understand that? But I promise you that someone 50 years later isn’t sorry their mom didn’t make a bad decision during the difficult time when they could have given that child up for adoption. The rape and incest victim does not have to be forced to raise the baby if she does not want to. There is always the option of giving the baby up for ADOPTION.
This is the option pro-choices never talk about. There are MORE COUPLES WANTING TO ADOPT THAN BABIES AVAILABLE IN THE USA.
Struck down in Federal Court ... Scotus will not hear the appeal.
This is absolutely not the case the Court wants as a challenge to Roe.
Timing isn’t good because this will give the Left a lot of firepower to stir up divisiveness against the conservatives.
Better to have this discussion/debate on Roe V Wade after Trump is re-elected, IMO.
This will be messy because if they make abortion unlawful while allowing exceptions for rape, just imagine how many false rape charges will be claimed!!
It’s also difficult to force a raped/pregnant women to keep the baby.
But there will be boatloads of men who will find themselves defending against allegations of rape, just so the woman can get an abortion.
I feel sorry for all those men (and of course the women who truthfully got pregnant via rape).

The Alabama politicians have put us pro-lifers on the defensive. They have taken the issue from the Democrats’ support for infanticide all the way down to forcing us to defend outlawing rape abortions, and sentencing abortionists to 99 years.
This is a defeat which will cost us votes and be struck down, and moreover, it will save no babies.

Too bad so many in AL voted for a pro-abortion Democrat for Senate in 2017; is there really such a large pro-life population there? If so, they aren’t voting regularly.
