I expect, very soon, a complete 180 from the lefties: “You know, this [Russia collusion] is all we’ve been talking about for three years, the Mueller report came out, it’s time to move on”

Three things can and may happen, any of which will show the dam is finally breaking on this.

1) One or more Dims begin making deals.

2) A well respected liberal journalist will finally begin reporting on this.

3) What you stated above.

Stock up on popcorn!

I believe Collusiongate used illegal FISA Warrants to become America’s second Watergate. What I mean is the illegal FISA Warrants were the method to break into the private workings of the Trump Campaign. The illegal actions of the DemonCRAPs and their accomplices to obtain surveillance on the Trump campaign team is a parallel action performed by the Watergate burglars to restore a broken wire tap in the headquarters of the Democrat National Committee in the Watergate Hotel. I am sure Hillary Clinton was well informed about this episode in American history. She was a 27 years old staff attorney for the House Judiciary Committee during the Watergate investigation. This must have been payback to the Republican Party.

I believe Clapper will be using his money from his work as an advisor for CNN, to pay for his imminent legal fees.

Initially, I had my doubts about the strategy of using US attorneys outside DC to handle much of the investigation, but it’s actually a smart move. With Mueller, everyone knew who was on his team (including FBI agents and support staff), so it was easier for Jay Sekulow and Rudy Guliani to keep tabs on what was going on and prepare their legal strategies, as required.

With Barr’s investigation, there are a lot of moving parts. Horowitz is based in DC (as DOJ/IG), but Huber is handling the leak investigation from Utah and Durham will work out of his office in New Haven, CT. Scores of investigators and attorneys for Barry & Co. to keep track of and try to discern what they know and what’s coming next. And so far, there has been almost nothing out of Horowitz or Huber, and I’m assuming Durham will operate the same way.

The downside: there are concerns that Huber has done very little investigating, and the lack of leaks reflects a lack of activity. If that’s accurate (and Durham adopts the same approach), a lot of Democrat criminals will skate. On the other hand, if Huber is running a tight ship and won’t tolerate leaks, that is a very encouraging sign. Mueller leaked like a sieve and his media acolytes were happy to pass on the latest innuendo, rumor or smear.

It’s been fun to watch the press as Barr expertly plays his hand. They know huge developments are about to unfold, but they’re not being spoon fed what comes next. The fear among the media types (and their Democrat allies) is palpable.

Hope he’s making some big bucks. As Joe Di Genova said of Comey, “he’s going to need at least five top-notch lawyers to defend him against the legal storm that’s coming.” In D.C., that kind of legal representation will run you $1,000 per billable hour—from each lawyer.

If Clapper’s convicted, I hope someone at the BOP has a sense of irony (and humor) and sends him to the minimum security prison at Maxwell AFB—the same installation where he attended the Air War College as a student, and visited as a VIP on multiple occasions. I can just see him tending the golf course or filing books in the Fairchild Library, duties routinely assigned to inmates at Maxwell.

Unfortunately, I think that is the case. Virtually nothing has leaked; almost a sure sign that nothing of any significance is going on; just another whitewash in the works. The fact that Sessions appointed Huber is further cause for concern.

Horowitz is another concern. Remember, he was appointed by Obama and he is employed by the DOJ. In my experience, IG’s are not inclined to come down hard on people inside their own agencies. And, Horowitz if you’ll recall fed us that “no bias” nonsense.

Barr has one hell of a mess to manage. The weight on him is immense.

On a humorous note I can’t help but think that this is shaping up to be an epic tag team match (a la WWF) of Huber/Horowitz vs. Barr/Durham. My money is on the latter duo. I’m looking for them to end it with signature wrestling moves like the pile driver and elbow drop. :)

Let’s hope their attempt to alter reality is as successful as Rod Blagojevich’s attempt was.
