Groupthink is a real thing - but only for as long as we give it power.
Turning around and snarling, “Oh, what the hell is the matter with you?” in reply to some kind of snark hurled at you may not change the other person’s bad behavior, but it puts them on notice that you are no longer a mere victim.
The way the Left works is to control what is deemed “Controversial”, it doesn’t matter what the majority thinks, if they disagree with something, they deem it “controversial”, and Corporate America wants to avoid controversy at all costs.
