I have seen a few whacked out looking addicts around, but my friends tell me the Shabu problem is REALLY bad. It makes people do crazy and weird things, and the people have had enough. Again, relying on the opinions of my friends, they tell me, that the attitude of the people in the barrios, is that life is better now. Many have said the crystal meth problem had gotten so bad, they didn’t care how Duterte dealt with it, as long as he dealt with it. So, he’s dealing with it. When the head of the NBI is jailed for drugs, I would say he is dealing with it.
