A really good book that rings 100% true is the book “Unlimited Access” by Gary Aldrich.

In one account of his first time meeting Hillary Clinton he says he saw Hillary walking towards him in the West Wing, and was going to say “Hello”, and someone grabbed him by the arm and hissed at him “She doesn’t want to see or talk to anyone. Don’t you see everyone else getting out of her way?”

And as he looked he saw staffers ducking into offices.
