But... An unorthodox President; The Media and their message is against him, so his is own party. The intelligence agencies and his own government are mostly against him.

New President in an exposed position. Has to get help where you can. A lot of military brass in his pictures yah? Pompeo is former Military? Kelly? Adm Rogers was NSA? (NSA... do they employ any information tech specialists?) So maybe an unorthodox President uses unorthodox methods to share information that can be shared, to get investigations going outside normal channels?
