We already know this capability exists. If you watch some of the ads that pop up in your browser that relate to things you recently discussed VERBALLY (especially with someone else who has a cell phone, which is nearly everyone) it is hard not to conclude that THEY are listening to (and storing) your every word. If the social media sites have that info, its safe to assume that the government has it as well.
