US News ^ | 10 May 2019 | Associated Press

The Pentagon says it is reallocating $1.5 billion to help pay for construction of 80 miles of wall at the U.S.-Mexican border... Congress was being notified of the move, which follows the Pentagon's decision in March to transfer $1 billion from Army personnel budget accounts to support wall construction. Some lawmakers have been highly critical of the Pentagon shifting money not originally authorized for border security. The combined total of $2.5 billion is in response to President Donald Trump's declaration of a national emergency at the border

Reuters reports: “The funds were drawn from a variety of sources, including cost savings, programmatic changes and revised requirements, and therefore will have minimal impact on force readiness,” Shanahan said in a statement.

About $600 million comes from money we were going to spend on the Afghan Military.

No word yet on where the 80 miles of barrier will go, but DoD has been very fast on the draw awarding contracts so far, just weeks after the money is transferred.

The Fraud’s judges must be scurrying for favor to be the first to try to stop Trump from executing the authority of his office.

Pelosi can’t stop the funding as the President’s emergency order overrides any movement by the House to block the funds transfer.

The Democrats claim this is a humanitarian crisis. They obviously don’t care about the suffering many aliens children go through to get here or the suffering of US citizens who are victimize by some of them once they get here. All they care about is the political points they can score against Pres. Trump and the votes they think they can garner from the illegals. Except for about a third of Congress, the rest have failed America in a big way.

We haven’t begun to eject the 40 million illegals here now either—60% of the way through Trump’s term.

“C’est tout?”

It is just one (very good) day’s dump. More than Congress authorized for the whole year ($1.375 billion), and on top a billion several weeks ago.

More is on the way. They have not yet touched the $3.6 billion in MILCON money (which will probably trigger nuisance lawsuits).

I’d put it around DC and do another movie with Snake Plisskin.

Looks like a new contract (W9126G-19-D) may have been established on Wednesday (8 May). Maybe this will be used to compete the recently rescinded award in Yuma (due to protest). It can use either DHS or DoD funding.

$5 billion dollar cap task order contract, just for California and Arizona. The pre-screened competitors are:

BFBC, Bozeman, Montana
Texas Sterling Construction Co., Houston, Texas
Bristol Construction Services LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska Burgos Group LLC,* Albuquerque, New Mexico
Gibraltar-Caddell JV, Montgomery, Alabama
Fisher Sand & Gravel, Dickinson, North Dakota
Southwest Valley Constructors Co., Albuquerque, New Mexico Randy Kinder Excavating Inc.,* Dexter, Missouri Martin Brothers Construction,* Sacramento, California
SLSCO Ltd., Galveston, Texas
Posillico Civil Inc. Coastal Environmental Group Inc., Farmingdale, New York
CJW JV, Santa Ana, California

our border effort have been all promises and no results.. This is the statutory language that was upheld by SCOTUS in the opinion written by justice roberts and released just last tear . Read it carefully—
The text of §1182(f ) states:

“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

THIS WAS CONFIRMED!! by SCOTUS. Why the hell has Trump not acted in accordance with this law. Why is he drifting along like he has to wait on the socialist open border globalist. Who is advising the president to ignore the law. MR PRESIDENT __ PLEASE READ THIS!!
