In a 1993 speech, Biden used racist-type language that is coming back to haunt the 2020 wannabe:
Biden described a "cadre of young people (he means Black people), tens of thousands of them, born out of wedlock,
without parents, without supervision, without any structure, without any conscience ... because they literally have not been socialized....
Biden said if we dont focus on them now a portion of them, will become the predators 15 years from now."

Biden was echoing the Clintons-----then-Pres Bill signed into law stiffer penalties for inner city criminals.......
Hillary took to the mic to burnish her ambitions, and stupidly called the black criminals "super-predators."
"We have to bring them to heel," Hillary insisted.

Black protesters showed up at her 2016 campaign events, reminding her of her choice of words to describe them.

This is too delicious.

Just about a week ago Biden made Trump out to be a racist by dishonest editing of Trump's Charlottesville comments today we have a bowdlerized version of Biden's remarks which in the current climate make him out to be a racist, whether fairly or not. Today, fairness don't count. Biden is on the defensive over this one and in politics, when you are on defense, you are losing.

In today's age of waging political war over trivialities and irrelevancies, this kerfuffle is perfectly in tune. Is it Eric Weinstein or Professor Murray of The Bell Curve, or both, who tell us that modern science says that nurture, as opposed to genetic IQ, has almost nothing to do, at least statistically, with grades in school or (say it ain't so) success in life?
