Did the House Judiciary committee commit crime by trying to coerce the attorney general into committing a crime by releasing the grand jury testimony?

William Barr is supposedly held in contempt because he refused to act upon the subpoenas. If the executive privilege is upheld, where does this put the “contempt” citation?
