I’m sorry, that is not how Holder handled it. 0bama claimed Executive Privilege over Holder’s actions which nullified the contempt charge. It was an entirely inappropriate use of Executive Privilege.
They can’t hold him in contempt he is under executive privilege WTH??? Holder was actually violating the law by withholding the documents demanded of him. Barr is not withholding the requested document, he released it and didn’t have to, and what he redacted is not only legal to redact but illegal to release.
0bumwart claimed EP for Holder which isn’t appropriate because Holder was not a WH staffer and was not acting on behalf of the president. Trump is claiming EP for the Mueller Report, not for Barr, which is his privilege.
