It will be those reports that Democrats will fight to have withheld or so heavily redacted as to be unreadable. All of sudden they will be all about “national security”.

A two edge sword. On one edge, they will get the story of FBI sting out again. This is the ground work for more from Barr.
On the other edge, this opens up DJT Jr to questions from the Dems and all their showboating for the MSM and un-informed voters.
On balance not a good idea from the committee.

In Burr’s defense, he did nothing because he does nothing as the theoretical head of his Committee. The person really running it is Mark Warner, even though he’s a Democrat and in the minority. Have you seen this lousy bunch do one thing to investigate the FBI or CIA for their election conspiracy? No, its the Senate Judiciary Committee headed by Grassley. Burr and the other ‘republicans’ on this Committee are totally worthless.
It’s stupid moves like this that let us all know, loud and clear, that the GOPe are not on the side of law-abiding Americans. They are part of the swamp.

You want see a machine stop and spin on a dime? Watch the democrats go from, release everything in the Mueller Dossier without one word redacted to its treasonous to override any of Wray, Horowitz or Huber’s redactions or classifications.
It’s pretty hard to fake a subpoena.
Trump Jr. should simply say “I’ve answered all pertinent questions in previous testimony. Please refer to my previous answers if you need a refresher.” or “My lawyer has advised me that I have legal precedent to not remember or fail to recall at least as many times as Hillary Clinton has while under oath, so be prepared for a very long day.”
This is the committee chaired by Richard Burr who takes his instruction from Mark Warner rather than the Majority Leader. It is also the committee that covered for a top staffer giving classified document to his girlfriend.
Is the subpoena public? If so why would soutces have to leak it to Axios? Is there another source that says there is a subpoena?
I thought that McConnell said that the whole thing was over.
I guess Warner & Burr didn’t get the memo, or more likely they’re ignoring the Turtle.
This is a full court press. They will stop at nothing. That’s more then clear now.
Back to voter retirement after casting my vote for President Trump and no others in the next election.
I am not sure who I despise more; Democans or Republicrats. I do know the margin between the two is paper thin.
It will be my extreme pleasure to vote for anyone running against Burr the next time around.
