The Rats would use the unredacted report to dox and persecute witnesses for starters.
That was my thought when they first called for the unredacted report. They do have a secondary goal of persecuting Trump supporters however they can be identified. That is also at least part of the reason that grand jury info may not be made public as per federal law.
