I’m a little bit late to this, but I’ve been traveling, and am getting caught up, and … this is insane!
Rep. Brian Sims is also a gay activist. If you watch the video, you will see that this loony is attacking the peaceable old woman in flatly racist terms, calling her an “old white lady.” And, he did worse; from the Philadelphia Inquirer’s report about the controversy he has caused:
"In one video, Sims approaches a woman and three girls who appear to be in their teens outside the Planned Parenthood clinic at 12th and Locust Streets and refers to them as “pseudo-Christian protesters who’ve been out here shaming young girls for being here.”
“I’ve got $100 to anyone who will identify any of these three,” Sims says in the video, adding that he is raising money for Planned Parenthood.
The unidentified woman responds, “We’re actually here just praying for the babies.”
A grown man harassing and doxxing teenage girls engaged in peaceful protest. This is beyond outrageous.

I red elsewhere that this creep Brian Sims put out a series of tweets and such offering to pay people $100 to name the names and addresses of the teenage girls who where there praying too. Ted Cruz came out and reprimanded the guy. One or two state repubs have come out against the creep. Haven’t heard any democrats speak up.
