Cleveland was decent. The last non-moonbat Democrat President. Polk might be considered the best one-term President of either party. He said what he wanted to do, did it, retired without regret and went home to Nashville.

So, at a minimum, you have to go back ~110 years to find a “decent” RAT POTUS and ~160 years to find a “good” one.
