It could be that he is trying to say “I’m not convinced....” and later say “NOW I’m convinced” so that he doesn’t seem prejudicial. This gets him some time and leeway with the democrats until it is proven that spying was the case.

But once he commits he better stay committed and not waffle.

I’ll tell you who’s not on our side.

Politico.

I read the article you linked. Without a transcript of the entire exchange, Politico’s article is worse than worthless. Note they also compare Wray’s response to Barr’s, and everyone knows Barr is a straight shooter.

Wallowing in doom/n/gloom because Politico says to is beyond idiocy. That is the purpose of this article, to get people to think Trump picked bad people.

You are whistling past the graveyard. This is being reported the same by all the media. Wray willing gave the Democrat propagandists their sound bite and they are running with it.

Politico is scum, but don’t blame the messenger on this one

I’m not “Wallowing in doom/n/gloom”. Compare Wray and Barr.
I reserved judgment of both Wray and Barr when each was appointed. What a difference.

Barr speaks clearly and says what he means. Wray deflects and hems and haws like a deep state pipsqueak.

Barr shows that he respects the Constitution and the law. Wray shows respect for the bureau and the bureaucracy.

Chris Christie; not a Trump supporter. Wray has long time associations with Comey, Rosenstein, and Mueller.

No,I’d call it illegal government surveillance since the Court issued its orders based on fraudulent FBI filings.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt as well, but he’s been FBI director since September 2017. 19 months

Face it. He’s either a loser or working to preserve the reputation of the FBI at all costs.

“No,I’d call it illegal government surveillance since the Court issued its orders based on fraudulent FBI filings.”

Isn’t it strange that the man who has been leading the FBI for over a year and a half is unaware of the false FISAs? He must be very busy contemplating his navel all day

Some G-man.

You get an A+++

“Because ‘spying’ is a simple term that’s easy for everyone to understand. Clarity scares the Democrats and the Deep State and prevents them from spinning the problem into something conveniently incomprehensible.”

Cates’ take connected to Wray’s testimony today.

The transcript and audio:

Here’s Jeff Carlson .@themarketswork of @EpochTimes setting the record straight after much media mis-reporting of Wray’s testimony today.

FBI Director Cites Ongoing Investigation in Response to Spying Question

FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before a Senate Appropriations subcommittee on May 7, and was asked a series ...

https://www.theepochtimes.com/fbi-director-cites-ongoing-investigation-in-response-to-spying-question_2911191.html

It is being reported by the usual suspects today that Wray DENIED in his testimony there was any spying on the Trump campaign.

This is how grifters get an audience: you don’t watch/read Wray’s testimony yourselves, you listen to people who make false representations about it.

If Jeff walks you through what Wray actually said today and you tell me you ‘don’t buy it’ then real news reporting is just not for you.

Media outlets DELIBERATELY MISREPRESENTED TO YOU what Wray said in his testimony and if you come BITCHING to me or Jeff for correcting the record, it’s clear you’re wasting your time reading us.

Fly, be free!

We’ll be over here ACCURATELY REPORTING/COMMENTING on what actually happened, giving people the real news, not pimping narratives that involved misrepresenting what actually happened.

If you have a problem with that....

Sorry, no sale. Director Wray and his spokesperson are free to correct the record on a very important issue. That they have not tells you all you need to know where his allegiances lie. It isn’t with the American people. That is for sure. He’s quite clearly is working hard to salvage the reputation of the FIB by obfuscating the FIB’s role in the greatest political scandal in American history.

People who trust the media to tell the truth will continue to believe lies. You have no clue.

Free will in action.
