They think if they can pull off the win with massive fraud that Trump will make several challenges. Damn straight he would. Huh? You never needed to concede elections - conceding simply means you give up and let the other guy win, usually when there's not much hope for ballots to count your way. If no one concedes, the race simply counts all the ballots and declares a winner.
