There’s only one solution to an infestation.
The islams are an existential threat to Western Civilization. They will not integrate, they seek to subjugate us.
One solution is to accept subjugation.
The other solution is to eliminate the threat.
It's time everyone got past outrage over their behavior and decides which solution is best. Then, get on with it.
