Never sent them a penny.
Now retired and they still send crap.

"fake invoices for membership dues" I know. Of course they hope the invoices will land on the desk of a bookkeeper who doesn't know any better than to pay them. (I immediately rip them up and throw them in the trash.)
Whatever the AMA is representing, it's not patients and it's not (most) doctors.
