Napolitano was rejected by Trump for SCOTUS. Nappy is vindictive and can not forget. This would put much into context, along with the fact that the (cough, cough) judge is so blithely self-certain when he is so fundamentally wrong.

Yes, Napolitano equates full head of hair equals a cranium full of brain. Reason he has full head of hair is because the roots have lots of room to grow inside the skull because it is mostly hollow inside.
