By your own party's definition, if you are attempting to get rid of Barr, you are guilty of obstruction of justice as the duly appointed AG Barr investigates the actual crimes committed by Hillary, the DNC, Soetoro, Lynch, Strzok, McCabe, Comey, Brennan, yourself, and many other Dems.
Further, you obstructed justice multiple times by claiming you had evidence of Russian collusion yet did not turn in said evidence to the FBI/DoJ.

You can run Mr Schiff, but you can’t hide. Barr will soon have your interfaces with the treasonous members of the FBI made plain, and then where will you go. You can try to divert attention to Mr Barr from the perdition of the Obama administration in its last year, but that game won’t get you very far no matter how much the media applauds you for it.

The house cannot force the AG to resign. They can impeach him, however. Then the case goes to the Senate, where they can convict with 2/3rd vote. It is unlikely that the Senate will convict the AG as he has done nothing wrong or conducted himself in an unseemly manner.
He will like Barr even less when he is arrested for leaking classified docs.
