The left-right split used to be about how to run a country.

Now it is about whether to have one.

“Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go, for any reason, greatly impeding access to justice and undermining the administration of justice in these communities,” the complaint reads.

Works for me.

It's not like justice is being done in the court system any more anyways, especially in liberal land anywhere, since brown skin tone is the magic bullet to life's benefits.

If they don’t like the law, they should have Congress change it, rather than insisting that the federal government neglect to enforce it. But that might interfere with their real work, fishing for dirt on Trump.

This sounds like the literal definition of sedition.

If FReepers really wanted to make a lasting improvement in America’s future, you would all vote to kick Massoftwoshitts out of the Union! MA is the “fountainhead” of all that is wrong with our country today!

Oh, come now. Surely you admit CA is at least equally culpable, along with Chicago.

Makes one wonder not just what is taught in a great number of American Law Schools, but just as importantly, what criteria are they using for admission to those law schools? Who are they selecting?

"...Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go, for any reason, greatly impeding access to justice and undermining the administration of justice in these communities..."

I don't see a downside to this. Why would legal US citizens view the courts any differently because lawbreakers can be arrested in them? It is a rhetorical question.

If the state would just agree to turn over defendants that have immigration detainers ICE would not be hanging out waiting for them. ICE is not looking for witnesses and others with business with the court.

There is more protection for illegals in Massachusetts than there is for Americans.

We are two countries?

“Entire communities now view the Massachusetts courts as places where they cannot go, for any reason, greatly impeding access to justice and undermining the administration of justice in these communities,” the complaint reads.”

Many ironic statements as the lawsuit wants to ban the entire community of ICE from Massachusetts courthouses. The Massachusetts courts also want to undermine administration of justice by thwarting ICE.

This is what happens when you surround yourself with yes-men fools. You actually start to believe your own bullshit and don’t see the idiocy in your own statements.

You mean the “Community” of America that decides what it’s immigration policy will be? That “community”.

Massachusetts is so freakin corrupt it’s insane. I have a lot of friends up there and NONE of them vote democrat, and when I was up there during the POTUS campaign, all I saw where Trump signs on peoples lawns, EVERYWHERE. Rarely saw any Hillary ones, yet she wins the state? BS! The election fraud there is insane, and it’s been going on for decades. Freakin Ted Kennedy reelected for 50 years even after the murder so it doesn’t take a leap to believe their justice system is just as corrupt. It is isn’t it? Teddy got a slap on the wrist after the murder, same with that Skakel guy. How long did they let him skate on the murder of Martha Moxley? Something like 30 years before they did anything.

I can also believe that its just Boston & Cambrdge that dominate & they’re majority stupid!

True story: 1980s went up to Boston for a friends wedding, he was marrying a Southie girl. During chit-chat at the reception I discovered I was surrounded by a lot of blue color Irish Southies and learned that Boston Irish Catholics are polytheists - Kennedys are God since (then!) there was more then one Kennedy they’re Gods! None of this surprised me but what did surprise was their attitude toward Whitely Bulger - Robin Hood! What a gang of Merry Men - the Winter Hill gang! Glad to leave!
