The ending, probably not so much.
Believe it or not I have know some older women who liked sex a lot. While this is somewhat delicate, I have read that a lot of women are interested in sex when their husbands pass away. That was a subplot in two movies I have seen.
I also think they have done some studies that show older women are more interested in sex as they get older. Hell you have women in the 70’s and 80’s having sex in nursing homes.
