The Dept of Education is not Constitutional and should be dissolved and the states should be in charge.
But with giving ultimate control to the towns and cities.
Local level control is a must.
Thanks! You are 100% right. In the 1970’s when the USDOE was established, the U.S. had the number 1 ranked academic system in the world. As of several years ago, we were down to 27th, and probably still falling.
