I'm not picking on you specifically, Laz. Women have their evils too, they're just different evils. But men have a fascination with sex that goes all the way to their core, and this is the natural outcome.

And what's bizarre is that so many cultures have sought ways to diminish the female sex drive, via clitoridectomies for example, but it's rare any culture ever tries to do that for men. (Saltpeter is a myth.) For men we have Viagra.

Let's look at that again: for women, we try to destroy the sex drive. For men, we try to enhance it. That means, at some level, not only do men want to have as much sex as possible, many don't want the women to enjoy it. If that doesn't turn the stomach, nothing will.

I'm not saying all men ACT on this urge. Many tamp it down, and I commend them. But I'm convinced that it's an integral part of the male psyche.

Never took it as such, hon. If I can call you 'hon', that is -- not patronizingly but with affection.

Women have their evils too, they're just different evils.

I cannot call either gender's tendencies 'evils' but instead, instinctual traits.

But men have a fascination with sex that goes all the way to their core, and this is the natural outcome.

I have that core fascination, too. I think you are right, but I would suggest it is an instinctual thing.

Clever observation. It is very odd.

Although I would note that the presence of Viagra is less of a plot and more of a happenstance. If a drug tested for baldness (for example) had been found to cause women to have much easier orgasms, it would have been as universally marketed.

Some cultures do, ours doesn't seem to -- nor do most European (Eastern and Western) cultures.

I'd wager you are correct about the hypersexuality; it exists in me.

The more frequent motivation in that was to promote fidelity by making women mot desire sex.
