Either you are being flippant, which in itself on this subject is sickening, or you are not of a fully sound mind.
That particular analogy is spot on: Why risk the selling of something just once (and all the legal issues that go with it) when you can rent it out over and over again, at a much lower risk....
He was EXACTLY SPOT ON.
