Prosecutors have questioned the supposed noise he used as an excuse which compelled him to shoot.....
presumably from Ms Damond slapping the car as she approached the squad car......
but investigators said they didn’t find forensic evidence of her fingerprints on the car.
So there goes that excuse......lock him up and throw away the key.
