I still vote for 'off his Meds' as the cause, but what struck me was the breathless way that the Police chief (or head Safety Officer - I forget what Sunnyvale calls them) and local news heads announced this theory.
When an Islamic commits an obvious act of terrorism, the authorities agonize, and take many days - and the accumulation of a lot of evidence - before they pronounce the connection. I'm not sure if they ever admitted this connection regarding the Orlando and San Bernadino terrorist murderers. Maybe this indeed is the case with Isaiah from Sunnyvale, but I'm just skeptical - and surprised how quickly the authorities reached this conclusion.
