Since the coup in 2014 Ukraine hasn't had a cent that didn't come directly or indirectly from US tax dollars and given the size of their debts to the IMF, the EU, and the US, they don't have anything of value that someone couldn't seize for not paying debts.

Biden was directing a portion of US money that flowed to Ukraine right back to the democrat machine. Democrats have been doing the same thing worldwide since the method was been perfected by the Clinton crew.

You might be thinking of Afghanistan, where US aid has gone as high as 2/3 of GDP.
