I hate these people........and I hate the non-existent press we have in this country that aid and abet these political/personal assassins!

Plenty of Moore's remarks cited weren't up to the political correctness standards of today and some come off as wrong-headed or even stupid, but in this context-challenged age, it's clear they were meant in jest, little more than vaudeville-style flippancies, some ill advised. Boys clubhouse stuff, expressed badly, and most men can relate on some level, even with exaggerations. What's more, they're things he would never think today, but they want to pin them to him to keep him off the fed.

They are things that men everywhere in the US think.

If they are in political life they don’t say them in mixed company or in the company of men they don’t trust and they certainly don’t write them in OP Eds.

But, all of that is wrong. We should say them, we should write them and we should not be afraid to do so.

Women are in places, in positions and in jobs that where they have not logically a place.

Women should not be fire fighters or ditch diggers or basketball, football or boxing broadcasters.

And we shouldn’t be afraid to say so. We think it so why shouldn’t we say it?

Let’s face it we have all been frightened in to silence.
