I am surprised at the judge who approved of this flimsy, flabby, unenforceable list of rules for John.Lindh.

I’m pretty sure that this Judge T.S. Ellis III is the same Judge Ellis who heard the case against Paul Manafort, and at times seemed openly skeptical of Mueller’s accusations.
I would have expected a far more realistic plan for Lindh.
I expect J. Lindh has already made plans for revenge.
Big plans.

I think a judge has to go along with the parole board decisions, whether he likes it or not. The good news -— no way is this creep going to comply with the terms the judge set forth, so he should be back in prison in no time.
