The astonishing info coming out of Italy is that FBI attaché in Rome, Michael Gaeta, was in direct communications with Joseph Mifsud in Rome. No surprise that Mifsud is openly living a block from the US embassy there! Why aren’t American journalists on the next flight to Rome?

I really believe without Barr, the investigation wouldn’t have ended, likely dozens of more lives would have been ruined and the second half of Trump’s term would have been mired in this nonsense.

No one know or cares who Mifsud is. This hardly counts as news on any level.

Almost too obvious to state. Barr stepped in, and shut it down. As glad as I am, it makes me that much more angry with Sessions. In my book, he goes down in history right next to Benedict Arnold.
I think we will know soon enough. By August it should be apparent one way or the other IMO.
The special counsel’s report alleged Joseph Mifsud made false statements to the FBI regarding his interactions with George Papadopoulos. Mifsud was also reported to have lived for months at an apartment owned by Link Campus, a Roman university that has ties to Western intelligence.

It's confirmation that Mifsud was a US spy. Added to Halper it means that both of Trump campaign contacts were with US spies (or more precisely, provocateurs). Anyone who was reasonably unbiased would have assumed that the redacted material in the Schiff memo a year ago was potential intel sources that needed to be protected. Now we know the intel sources were flunkies working for our own government and the redactions were done to conceal that information.
We can now only hope that Barr understands this.
That was my prediction as well..the plan was to investigate Trump forever to run out the clock.... to prevent ANY investigation of the coup that had taken place.....Barr ended that...and NOW the real investigation can get started....

AG Barr may have ended the Mueller investigation, but I wouldn’t get to hopeful for the follow up. The Dems are gonna keep screaming, the MSM are gonna keep lying, and the libs are gonna keep swallowing. It’s bs and unless we get Trump re-elected. We better keep our powder dry. IMO.
