Ukraine comedian Zelensky wins presidency in landslide (Biden gets VERY nervous)

Kiev (AFP) - A comedian with no political experience won a landslide victory in Ukraine's presidential election on Sunday, drawing congratulations from global leaders while dealing a stunning rebuke to his country's political establishment.

Volodymyr Zelensky, whose only previous political role was playing the president in a TV show, trounced incumbent Petro Poroshenko by taking 73 percent of the vote, according to partial official results.

Poroshenko garnered just 24 percent, losing to the 41-year-old comedian and actor across the country, with 42 percent of ballots counted.

It was an extraordinary outcome to a campaign that started as a joke but struck a chord with voters frustrated by social injustice, corruption and a war with Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine that has claimed some 13,000 lives.

Let the Biden investigation begin! (Unless, of course, Zelensky is accused of collusion with the Russians. We may not know for a few years after wasting $945 million Hryvnia.)

Ukraine’s not quite Russia, and a President isn’t a Tsar, but Zelensky becoming the elected leader of the Ukraine is really quite remarkable. This must be viewed in the back drop of what was a military coup supported by Obama , Hillary. and John McCain. 2014 was a disaster for democracy in Ukraine. The pro Russian , non globalist candidate won the presidency with 54 % of the democratic vote. Then, We supported a military coup for his violent ouster. We stuck in a globalist nothing president. Russia had a 40 year lease on the warm water port in Crimea. The pro Russian East Crimean people withdrew from Ukraine. 13,000 Ukrainian were killed in the war. WAR IS OVER!! First of all both are Jews in name only. Aren’t practicing. The second point is Groisman was appointed under Western pressure specifically to shield Poroshenko’s government from well-founded accusations of anti-semitism and nazi ties. And they are bringing Groisman every time these accusations re-emerge and they do it in such a manner which is quite anti-semitic in nature. I think another country would never make so much noise based on religion or ethnicity of its official to make such a point. It is just normal and nothing special to have a Jewish or Protestant or whatever prime Minister elsewhere. Not to mention appointment makes Groisman a sort of Uncle Tom. Or more like Stephen in Django movie.
Another important point is Zelensky never told about his religion or ethnicity. It is a Poroshenko campaign dig.

Hunter has some pay-for-play activities in China. Hunter flew to China with his father who had official business the the Chicoms in 2013. It ended up inking a deal for his son’s hedge fund with the Bank of China within days of the visit. What this means is VP Joe Biden was subject to reciprocal action that would benefit China. Since this gives the lie to the Russian pretext for invading the Ukraine, i.e. Ukrainians are Nazis, I’d say that the Ukrainian government is right to emphasize this left, right and center. I do like how you’ve suggested that mentioning the Prime Minister’s Jewish ancestry as a rebuttal to Putin’s Nazi claims is in itself anti-semitic. The one thing Russians are good at is generating propaganda. Some of the claims generated may be nonsensical on their face, but Russians say it with great conviction. My favorite? The Russian claim that the CIA invented AIDS to kill black people, a claim that is now repeated ceaselessly by black nationalists.
