Special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian meddling revealed a string of anonymously-sourced stories about the investigation were inaccurate.
BuzzFeed and McClatchy each added editor’s notes to two stories following the publication of the Mueller report, which also contradicted an explosive CNN report and called into further question a bombshell story in The Guardian.
The Mueller report directly contradicted a Jan. 18 BuzzFeed story alleging that Mueller had evidence President Donald Trump ordered Michael Cohen, his former attorney, to lie to Congress about his exploration of a potential Trump Tower Moscow deal in 2016. The story claimed that Cohen “told the special counsel that after the election, the president personally instructed him to lie — by claiming that negotiations ended months earlier than they actually did — in order to obscure Trump’s involvement.”
But Mueller’s report states: “Cohen said that he and the President did not explicitly discuss whether Cohen’s testimony about the Trump Tower Moscow project would be or was false, and the President did not direct him to provide false testimony. Cohen also said he did not tell the President about the specifics of his planned testimony.”
A June 2018 BuzzFeed story fingered former Russian Olympic weightlifter Dmitry Klokov as a potential go-between for Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Klokov was in contact with Donald Trump and Ivanka Trump, and offered to set up a meeting between Trump and Putin, the BuzzFeed report claimed, including photos of the weightlifter. Klokov at the time adamantly denied having been in contact with the Trump camp, and he was right.

That whole thing became part of the cover to firm up the Russian hoax, instead of being lost to an internal Berniebot that was righteously mad at the Hillary slant the DNC overwhelmingly had.
There may have been a mere ping or even something greater the FBI did alert both the DNC and RNC to, but then, your home router gets pinged and tested from Russian IPs everyday, too. It doesn’t mean there’s an actual attack. It’s just that you don’t have the FBI cursorily watching and alerting Joe Blow users like you.

We have just metamorphized from Mueller hit job stage one to Mueller hit job stage two. What did anyone expect to come from this two year government funded harassment of the President? It has all been a well orchestrated effort to undermine the President’s authority.
It is indeed amazing how the quasi-conservatives at the Daily Caller accept the “Russians hacked the DNC” lie when in fact the servers were never examined by the FBI.
If that's the case, the thugs in intelligence need to be arrested and tried along with their boys in the press who played along knowing a mutiny - a coup - was in process. Investigate, arrest, bring to justice and put traitors to death.
1. The Supreme Court has ruled that if there is no underlying crime, the investigated cannot be accused of obstruction for having pushed back in any way.
2. Therefore, the entire report regarding obstruction should not exist.
3. The obstruction findings amount to nothing more than innuendo and uncorroborated hearsay.......and it came from a prosecutor?
4. The only possible purpose of the obstruction loose talk is to fire up a political attack.......and it came from a prosecutor?
5. From the beginning it was known that the Dept. of Justice would not indict a sitting President. So the only point of the entire investigation had to be to entrap the President’s associates in perjury traps.
