I’ll admit I’m not a fan of making foreign companies liable in US courts for most affairs that are legal in their home countries. But it’s good to see Trump enforce the Monroe Doctrine, and pressure Cuba to liberalize its society and economy. With only very few exceptions every country south of the USA needs major political reform. Europe gives Cuba a lifeline, like Russia gives Venezuela a lifeline. For the good of those countries, and their people, and the USA, reform needs to happen.
It is all very negative to USD. When even the UK is barking on US government using economy for political means it means you went too far.
