Total BS! Ocasio-Cortez has no background in constitutional law, nor any law, for that matter. She has no respect for the Constitution and seeks only to invoke it fraudulently to make a bogus claims to the effect that her radical aims are somehow sanctioned by it.
Investigating the issue of whether Trump or anyone else committed a federal crime - in this instance, obstruction of justice - is the responsibility of the Dept. of Justice. The answer to that issue, as just determined by the Justice Dept. via its Special Counsel, is NO.
Trying to sound like she knows what she's talking about, AOC cites Art. I, Sec. 2, Clause 5 of the Constitution. But all that says is that "the House of Representatives shall have the sole power of impeachment," which is already known to anyone who has the most rudimentary knowledge of the document. Having the power of impeachment is not a license to investigate a political opponent ad infinitum for imaginary crimes.
