Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell plans to introduce legislation raising the minimum age to purchase tobacco products to 21 from 18, a move that public-health advocates and tobacco companies hope would curb the use of e-cigarettes among youths.

Don’t our Congress vermin have anything BETTER to do than find new ways to restrict people’s rights?

No wonder young people have no respect for and despise “authority”. I do too and I ain’t young.

It is something that our congressional scumbags can all agree on.

My thought exactly. If the Senate isn’t obstructing the President, they are pushing centralized government as if Bush were still in office.

In reality they are attempting to recover cigarette taxes by making them taboo and thus irresistible to teenagers.

Exactly my thought - I am disgusted with these soft RINOs always starting up with irrelevant and unnecessary third level ideas. The Senate has a chance to make huge, positive things happen and should not waste time on trivia.
Besides, it is basically a stupid idea in the first place.
