So, I can steal a couple of pairs of Air Jordans and a 50” HDTV?.................. What do you wanna bet that if you don't fit in a certain socio- economic group you end up prosecuted to full extent of the law?
I would love to see someone test this policy and if, say, a middle class White male who fit the non prosecution guidelines gets charged and prosecuted he sues the bejeezus out of the DA and the County!
