There are too many tripwires in the system that can cause authorities to take potentially adverse actions against patients. I have seen a few of them in action, fortunately not targeted at me. I can learn from other people's mistakes cheaper than making them myself.
Time to adopt the “Don’t know Nuthin about Nuthin” frame of mind. It works well for a segment of our Population.
