Yes, a rebuild will probably look very similar from the outside, but with everything new on the inside except visible stone walls.
Even if the walls remain standing, the amount of heat from how ever many tons of burning timber and other material trapped inside of the stone wall, which is now acting as a furnace, will cause significant damage to the structural integrity. I have a feeling it will be unlikely for it to ever be used to build a new cathedral.
