Well, I see a message to Catholics. At one time, France was called “the eldest daughter of the Church.” That Our Lady’s Cathedral was destroyed at the beginning of Holy Week, I think is significant. Whether it was an accident or deliberate, Notre Dame is gone. An icon of Christian civilization has been wiped out.

I understand if one is catholic or into historical sites this would be more of a loss because of their personal attachment of what it means to them. Therefore they could imagine many differing ‘messages’ into this event.

However and again..the fact is how wonderful God equipped the firemen and other people who got all the people there and nearby to safety...and protected the adjoining buildings from setting on fire. This could have mushroomed much greater.
