It appears to be an unprecedented effort by a presidential campaign and the party in power to count on the FBI to knock out the other party’s candidate and president.

What did the campaign offer the people at the FBI to run with the scam?
Could it have been prestigious positions in the new administration for their cooperation?

Reminds one of the speculation of Loretta Lynch being offered a job too.

Loretta Lynch did have a previous anti-GOP history when s he was at the FEC.
