Along with the other crimes, they should be charged with “Insurance Fraud”. They did refer to it as an insurance policy.

Not likely. I don’t think that was in Mueller’s scope of work, therefore he has nothing gain by addressing it.
More likely, we’ll see some daylight with the DOJ’s IG report (expected soon) and whatever Barr decides to dig into. As impatient as we are, it will likely take years for it all to come out.
